Who is responsible for your information?

The controller is MiBanana. For privacy questions or requests, email mibanana@mibanana.com. MiBanana is the public business name shown on this website; we have not been able to verify a registered legal entity or postal address from reliable public information. Those details should be confirmed and added here by the business owner.

What we collect and why

If you use the project questionnaire, we collect the answers you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, optional phone number, organisation, website links, project needs, timing, budget range and optional note. We use this information to understand your request, assess it and contact you about the next step.

We process an enquiry to take steps you ask us to take before a possible contract. We may also rely on our legitimate interests in managing business enquiries, preventing abuse and keeping a record of our communications. We do not use this questionnaire to subscribe you to marketing.

When you browse the site, our hosting and security providers may process technical information such as an IP address, request details and security signals to deliver the site, protect it from abuse and troubleshoot service issues.

Where information goes and how long we keep it

• Cloudflare: hosts this website, provides the Turnstile anti-spam check and stores submitted project answers in an EU-jurisdiction D1 database. Full questionnaire submissions are scheduled for deletion after 30 days.
• HubSpot: receives the contact details needed to follow up on your enquiry. We do not send your full questionnaire answers to HubSpot, and we do not create a marketing subscription. Contact records are kept only while needed to respond to the enquiry or manage a resulting client relationship, subject to applicable record-keeping requirements. MiBanana should periodically review and delete records that are no longer needed.
• Your browser: an unfinished questionnaire draft may be saved in local storage on your device. Drafts older than 24 hours are discarded when the questionnaire next opens. You can clear it sooner by clearing this site's stored browser data.

Cloudflare and HubSpot may use service providers or process information outside the European Economic Area. Where a restricted transfer applies, the relevant provider contract and transfer safeguards should be checked for the account in use. Provider retention, backup and security logs may follow their own documented schedules.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask us for access to your personal information, correction, erasure, restriction or a portable copy. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it. To make a request, email mibanana@mibanana.com; we may need to verify your identity before acting.

You can also complain to the data protection authority in the country where you live or work, or where you believe a data-protection issue occurred. In Spain, the supervisory authority is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.
